Mt St Gwinear is "the Natural Mountain"
If you value a light environmental footprint, Mt St Gwinear is for you.
Experience the alpine environment and admire the beauty of the Baw Baw National Park
by cross country skiing or snow shoes.
No lifts, no snowboarding, no downhill skiing, no shops, no cafes,
and just $10 entry into the National Park.
The most inexpensive way to introduce the little ones to the snow.

Make a day (or two) of it!
You can even ski or snow shoe across the 9kms to Mt Baw Baw Village for lunch or book into the variety of accomodation options at the Village and stay the night.
Leave from the St Gwinear Car Park by about 10.00am and remember the weather can close in quite quickly if you leave it too late on the return run. Dont forget to put your trip intention form into the Parks Vic office before you leave.
